POWER is a 60-minute embodied music and movement journey featuring electrifying original music, body-led choreography, deep exploration, and lots space for personal expression.
The journey begins by listening inward and builds from center into strength, sound, play, pleasure, and full-bodied dance. We ground. We call our power back. We find our voice. We get funky. We take up space. We sweat. We listen. We remember.
